Legs:  Nice leg workout.
  • Leg Press: 3 x 6
  • Single Leg Press:  3 x 6
  • Leg Curl: 3 x 6
  • Calf Raises: 3 x 6
  • Followed with core work and stretching.
Swim:  Followed prescribed swim workout 50 x 50s.
